Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HVAC drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for ducting, piping, insulation, and HVAC equipment.
- Develop and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Support cost estimation, budgeting, and tender submissions.
- Track variations and prepare measurement reports.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in HVAC Quantity Surveying (or as required by the organization).
- Proficiency in CostX, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other digital quantity take-off and estimating tools.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and estimation methodologies.
- Experience in tendering, cost planning, valuation, and contract administration.
Familiarity with digital construction and project management tools for documentation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
