We are looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing HVAC drawings, preparing quantity take-offs, developing BOQs, and supporting cost estimation activities for commercial and residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HVAC drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for ducting, piping, insulation, and HVAC equipment.
  • Develop and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Support cost estimation, budgeting, and tender submissions.
  • Track variations and prepare measurement reports.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HVAC Quantity Surveying (or as required by the organization).
  • Proficiency in CostX, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other digital quantity take-off and estimating tools.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and estimation methodologies.
  • Experience in tendering, cost planning, valuation, and contract administration.

Familiarity with digital construction and project management tools for documentation and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and project cost management while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze civil and architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Lead the preparation and verification of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Perform accurate quantity take-offs for all civil and structural works.
  • Prepare cost estimates, tender documentation, and project budgets.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and quantity reconciliations.
